Badilag to Prepare National Online Case Information System and Case Report

Bandung | badilag.net (07/12/2011)

Directorate General of Badilag continues to explore new ideas for improving public services and increasing the performance. One of the new ideas is the creation of National Online Case Information System and Case Report.

The Online Case Information System and Case Report is being prepared by the National Team of SIADPA Plus in the meeting entitled The Evaluation and the Development of SIADPA Plus at Topas Hotel, Bandung. As it was informed previously, the meeting was conducted by the Directorate of Administration Development of Religious Court.

According to the chairman of the National Team of SIADPA Plus, Irwansyah, SH., MH, the out put of this event is the formation of online case information system. "The Online Case Information System will be applied nationally and is expected to become a national standard", Irwansyah said.

The team now are "struggling" to design and accomplish the application. "Hopefully, at the second stage of the meeting (Dec 5 to Dec 9) all applications would be accomplished with their tutorials." Irwansyah said.

It is planned that the applications will be on trial in some religious courts. There are at least nine religious courts that will get the trial, namely Malang Regency RC, Cilegon RC, Mungkid RC, Ternate RC, Bengkulu RC, Jogjakarta RC, Medan RC, Mataram RC and Kupang RC. And at least there are 23 members of SIADPA Plus National Team will be deployed to the regions to monitor the trial.
