The religious courts in the area of Jakarta High Religious Courts became more transparent. After the case information (such as hearing schedule, date of decree, and divorce act) can be accessed online, and now the information of court fees can be accessed in real time by website.

This new menu completes the previous menus such as name searchings, the case details, the filed case, the hearing schedule, the decided case, the revoked case, the case handled more than 6 months, and the divorce act.

According to the deputy registrar of Jakarta High Religious Court, Drs. Achmad Jufri, SH., MH., the new menu is intended to provide a broader access to the court fees paid to the religious court and their detail expenses. “The menu will be presented before the Commission III of the House Representative members who will visit the Jakarta HRC on Tuesday, December 20th, 2011 as the important point of services and public transparency.” Jufri said.

According to Tohir, SH., the coordinator of Mekkadilaga, the appearance of court fees menu is similar to the journal of SIADPA KIPA and manual journal. “What can be accessed through the menu are the information of down payment of court fees, the expenses, and the return of the remaining of down payment of court fees.” Tohir explained. “The justice seeker just to input the case number and the court fees information will appear automatically. And its accountabilty is secured” He added.
