The Accomplishment and Validation of SIADPA:

The Development of SIADPA Works Well, Even Without Sufficient Budget

Jakarta|badilag.net (21/12/2011)

Some breakthroughs initiated by Directorate General of Religious Court to improve the performance of the religious courts are motivated by “enthusiastic capital”. One of them was the development of SIADPA (Case Management System of Religious Court).

Those were the points of speech delivered by Director General of Religious Court, Wahyu Widiana while opening the Accomplishment and Validation of SIADPA/SIADPTA Application organized by Directorate of Administration Development of Religious Courts that will be held on December 20th to 22nd. The program was followed by 34 participants consisting of judges, registrars, junior registrars, bailiffs and the administrators of SIADPA.

Wahyu Widiana expressed his pride in the development of SIADPA that has much helped the religious courts to settle the cases filed by the justice seekers. Even without specific budget, the program of development can be conducted successfully.

According him, the success was much drived by the right motivation endorsement so that the personnels of religious court had a sense of belonging and pride in the application of SIADPA/SIADPTA, and on the implementation at their working unit, they were not burdened at all.

In addition, another factor that determined the success was the values developed, such as solidarity, togetherness, mutual respect, positive thinking and other Islamic values grow well among the religious courts apparatus.

Therefore, this good condition has to be maintained continuously so that the reputation of religious courts as good judiciacies will remain good and even be better.

On that occasion, Wahyu Widiana hopes all working units either religious courts or high religious courts to be active in providing the motivation to the apparatus through adequate guidance and training so that both the apparatus and their institutions can be cadres, not only as the cadres of case management reform through the SIADPA, but also for the cultivation of noble values and other things for the entire judiciary in Indonesia. Because the success of religious courts will also mean the success of other judiciary, and finally the success of the Supreme Court.
