The importance of SIADPA

The Director General of the Religious Courts, Wahyu Widiana emphasized the importance of SIADPA that must be utilized in all Religious Courts. The program will enable courts to perform their main task very well.

“We pay a serious attention to the implementation of this program and we also develop it continuously,” he said.

Recently, the Directorate General of the Religious Courts held a workshop on the Accomplishment and Validation of SIADPA, in Bandung. It was attended by the Deputy Chief Justice for Religious Court Affairs, the Hon. Dr.H. Andi Syamsu Alam, SH, MH, the Deputy Chief Justice for Development, the Hon. Widayatno Sastro Hardjono, SH, M.Sc, justice, the Hon. Prof Dr. H. Abdul Manan, SH., S.I.P, M.Hum and others.

SIADPA is an automation application program for case administration which is well recognized as Pola Bindalmin (System for Development and Controlling of Case Administration).  This program has been revised for several times including the registry forms.

People will get some benefits from the online version of the program. They can access it from their home when they want to get any information they need.

According to Vice Chief of the High Religious Court of Jakarta, Drs. H. Zaenuddin Fajari, SH, MH, the team has succeeded in finalizing about 80 registry forms including Appointment of Judge Panel (PMH), Appointment of Substitute Registrar, Appointment of Substitute Bailiff, and others.

Justice, the Hon. Prof. Abdul Manan suggested that sentence “bismillahirrahmanirrahim” (in the name of Allah, the most gracious and the merciful) and “Demi Keadilan Berdasarkan Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa” (In the name of the justice of God) should not be mentioned in forms except in verdict.

The Deputy Chief Justice for Development, the Hon. Widayatno Sastro Hardjono, SH, M.Sc also suggested that word “plus” in the name of SIADPA must be omitted. According to him, it will create a difficulty to name the program when it should be revised in the future.

The team is also suggested to coordinate with the team belongs to the Supreme Court.
