Three New Chiefs of High Religious Court were Inaugurated

Three New Chiefs of High Religious Court were inaugurated and sworn in by the Chief Justice, The Hon. Harifin A Tumpa in Kusuma Atmadja Room, Supreme Court building on Friday (12/30/2011).

The three chiefs were Drs. H. Rodlin Afif, SH (as the chief of Palangkaraya HRC), Drs. H. M. Djufri Ahmad, SH., MH., (as the chief of Kendari HRC), and Drs. H. Bahruddin Muhammad, SH., MH (as the chief of North Maluku HRC).

The positions occupied by the new officials were vacant before. And on December 7th, 2011 the leaders of the Supreme Court and the Promotion Team agreed to perform the transfer and promotion of High Religious Court Chiefs, deputies and high judges. And the three officials were among of those promoted.

Before being promoted as the Chief of Palangkaraya HRC, Drs. H. Rodlin Afif, SH. was the Deputy Chief of Banjarmasin HRC. And now his previous position is officiated by Drs. H. Ismail Ibrahim, SH., MH.
Before officiating his new position as the Chief of Kendari HRC, Drs. H. M. Djufri Ahmad, SH., MH was the Deputy Chief at the same office. Now his previous position is occupied by Drs. H. Abu Amar, SH., MH.

Meanwhile, Drs. H. Bahruddin Muhammad, SH., MH. before being inaugurated as the Chief of North Maluku HRC was the former Deputy Chief of Palangkaraya HRC. The position left by him now is occupied by Drs. H. Ahmad, SH., MH.

In addition to inaugurating the three Chiefs of High Religious Court, Chief Justice also inaugurated six other Chiefs of the High General Court. They were H. Suwardi, SH (The Chief of Semarang High Court); Dr. H. Sarehwiyono, SH, MH (The Chief of Jakarta High Court); HM Mas'ud Halim, SH, M. Hum (the Chief of Banda Aceh High Court); Dr. H. Marni Emmy Mustafa, SH, MH (the Chief of Medan High Court); Dr. Muh. Daming Sunusi, SH, M. Hum (the Chief of Banjarmasin High Court); and Maruap Dohmatiga Pasaribu, SH, M. Hum (the Chief of Ambon High Court).

This inauguration ceremony was attended by the leaders of the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court justices, officials of echelon I and II, as well as the invitation. Wahyu Widiana (Director General of Badilag) and Purwosusilo (Director of the Development of Religious Court Judicial Staff) were also present.
