Director General of Badilag Visited the General Court

Bandar Lampung | Badilag.net

In his working visit to Lampung, Director General of Badilag, Wahyu Widiana also spent his time to visit Liwa General Court on Wednesday (1/18/2012). Wahyu Widiana, who was accompanied by the Chief of Bandar Lampung High Religious Court, his deputy and the Chief of Krui Religious Court, was welcomed by the Chief of Liwa General Court, Eman Saeman.

About 15 minutes, Wahyu Widiana took the time to look around and talked with the Chief of Liwa General Court and his staff. The Director General asked various things, from the number of cases to the implementation of information technology such as SMPP (Sistem Manajemen Perkara Peradilan-Management System of Court’s Cases). SMPP is similar to SIADPA as applied in the religious courts.

Interestingly, although the meeting was so short and unscheduled, the Chief of Liwa General Court looks so familiar with the Director General of Badilag. “I still remember the Director General when he was at the national working meeting of the Supreme Court last year.” He said.

As the chairman of organizing committee of the national working meeting of the Supreme Court 2011, Wahyu Widiana appeared several times in front of all the participants, so his face was familiar to the leaders of the four court’s circumstances.

"Some people said that i am more suitable to be the Director General of General Court. While Mr. Cicut is more suitable to be Director General of Religious Court due to wearing caps everywhere," Wahyu Widiana joked.  Mr. Cicut, he means, is Cicut Sutiarso.

To badilag.net editor, the Director General said that not only this time he visited the general court. He often do it but it has never been publicized.

Wahyu Widiana also said that the Director General of Badilum, Cicut Sutiarso also often visits the religious courts. In this way, the two courts, which are equally under the Supreme Court, can learn each other to provide the best service to the community, especially to the juctice seeker.

Not only belongs to religious courts

For Sudirman Malaya, Wahyu Widiana is not only the person identical with religious courts. "Mr. Director General does not only belong to the religious courts, but also belongs to the Supreme Court. His contribution is incredible," The Chief of Bandar Lampung High Religious Court said, while giving a sermon in front of the judges, the leaders and the employees of Kotabumi Religious Court.

Therefore, he hopes that the messages conveyed by the Director General can be implemented as well as possible by the apparatus of religious courts in the area of Bandar Lampung High Religious Court. The struggle to realize the great judicature is the struggle of all the apparatus of the judiciary, not only by the Director General.
