Preparation for Anniversary of 130 years of the Religious Courts

The venue and schedule for anniversary of 130 years of the Religious Courts was determined.

The activity for the anniversary will be held in September 2012 in a hotel at Ancol, Jakarta.

The activity will be held for three days and will be attended by more than 500 participants from all Religious Courts throughout Indonesia. They will be judges and chief judges from first instance court as well as appeal court.

National Seminar, book launching, and awarding will be conducted in the anniversary. The chief justice, the Hon. Dr. H. Hatta Ali, SH, MH will be also invited to deliver his keynote speech.

To support the activity, Badilag’s team has made some unmistakable preparation. In fact, the Team is urged to accomplish some works in a narrow time.

The Director General of the Religious Courts, Wahyu Widiana was checking the preparation to make sure everything ran well. He said that the Team had no much time; therefore the team ought to manage time wisely.

The Badilag’s team has been making some books related to the Religious Courts including prominent figures and history of the Religious Courts, Case Management Book, SIMPEG, International Relationship, Article Compilation, Article on Director Corner, Justice for All, Information Desk, Magazine, History of Badilag’s Website, etc.

Wahyu Widiana suggested that all draft be well edited in order to get the best result.

He also said that he was very pleased because the Deputy Chief Justice of Religious Court Affairs, Dr. H. Andi Syamsu Alam, SH, MH supported and agreed with the activity.
